George is an experienced executive/director with 30 years in the resources industry.

He has worked in global operational and corporate roles with Northern Minerals, WMC Resources and Western Metals.

George has a strong background in strategic management, business planning, building teams, finance and capital/debt raising with a variety of commodities – in particular rare earths, gold, nickel and uranium.

George was the Managing Director of Northern Minerals from 2010 to 2020.
George is a Fellow of the CPA and is currently the Chairman of Lithium Australia, BlackEarth Minerals, and Valor Resources.

Colin has over 40 years’ experience in the mining and resources sector and has extensive experience in exploration, project development, construction, corporate management, capital raising, financing, and operations.

He has had extensive involvement in rare earths, gold exploration and gold project development including the successful development and operation of several carbon in pulp and heap leach gold projects in Western Australia.

Colin was the founding director of Northern Minerals and PVW Resources and oversaw the development of the Browns Range REE Project.

He is also Chairman of Reward Minerals Limited and Non-Executive Director of Empire Resources.

Luis has joined the board of PVW Resources after the Scanty transaction. He holds a BSc in Geology and a Law Degree, with over 30 years of international experience in the resource industry, particularly in the Brazilian Mining Code.

As the founder of FFA Legal Ltda, Azevedo assists natural resource companies with licensing and administrative support. He has held key roles in companies like Avanco Resources, which was sold to Oz Minerals for A$418 million in 2018, and currently serves on the boards of several listed firms.

Luis is also a prominent advocate for Brazilian mining, leading organizations such as the Brazilian Mining Prospectors Association and the Mining Council of the Brazilian National Confederation of Industry. He was recognized as National Explorer of the Year in 2017 and one of Brazil’s top miners in 2019.

Luis is also the Chiarman and CEO of Bravo Mining, listed on the TSX in 2022, with a market capitalisation of $270m.

Mr. Graziano has over 30 years of experience in business, financial, and taxation advisory, specializing in corporate advisory and strategic planning for corporations and private businesses.

For the past 7 years, he has focused on capital raisings, ASX compliance, and regulatory matters, particularly in Western Australia’s resource industries.

As a director at Pathways Corporate Pty Ltd, he advises small-cap and private companies and serves as a Non-Executive Director on several ASX-listed boards. Additionally, he provides CFO and company secretarial services, ensuring effective corporate governance and strategic insights.

Karl has over 25 years of experience within a diverse career in gold and base metal exploration within Australia and Internationally. 

He has held technical and management positions with Mines and Resources Australia (COGEMA), Harmony Gold, Venturex Resources (Brazil) and Gascoyne Resources.

His roles include geologist, manager and country manager.

He has held roles in many successful teams taking projects from discovery through resource definition to mining. Projects include White Foil, and Frog’s Leg.  

Celeste is a geologist from the University of Rio de Janeiro, with specialisations in Geostatistics from ParisTech in Fontainebleau and an MBA in Innovation and Digital Transformation.

She has nearly 30 years of experience in Mineral Exploration, Geological Data Management, and Mineral Resource Estimation for various commodities.

As a specialist in Mineral Resource Governance, she is one of the founders of the CBRR (Brazilian Commission for Resources and Reserves), where she chairs the Technical Committee.
